How can I download a copy of Dyalog?

As of 17.1 (October 2019) you can now download Dyalog APL without delay. However, registering immediately avoids the startup banner, and makes you eligible for a limited period of updates.

I have left Morten's original post below, but as of 15.0 (late June 2016) you can now download Dyalog APL free of charge for educational or non-commercial use. The default now is 64 bit Unicode, and is available for Windows, Linux and OS/X. You still must complete the application form at http://www.dyalog.com/download-zone.htm, and we still must manually approve your application, which is usually done within one working day (don't forget we're based in the UK!).
For the Raspberry Pi, you can download a 32 bit version .. see http://packages.dyalog.com. We intend to issue a 64 bit version for the Raspberry Pi once a 64-bit version of Raspbian becomes generally available.

You can apply for, and subsequently download, Educational and Non-Commercial systems, from http://www.dyalog.com/download-zone.htm.
These versions are 32-bit Unicode, and will run on both 32- and 64-bit Windows.
If you are interested in other versions or other platforms, please contact sales@dyalog.com
